She graduated in Law from the Pontifical Catholic University of Goiás (PUC-GO) and holds postgraduate degrees in Civil Law and Civil Procedure.
Beyond her legal background, she plays a central role in the management and institutional development of the firm. She is responsible for its strategic administration, operational organisation and for coordinating the internal processes that sustain the efficiency and quality of the services delivered to clients.
Her work strengthens the organisational culture of the firm, reinforces its governance standards and preserves the operational excellence that characterises Motta Mattos Advogados.
